Job Description
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, attending specifically to Mandarin-speaking customers
– Provide menu guidance, offer recommendations, and assist with any inquiries or special requests in Mandarin
– Ensure a welcoming and comfortable dining experience for all customers
– Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency
– Execute marketing plan targeting Mandarin speaking audiences
– Create content for social media or other marketing channels

Requirements
– Female
– Under 35 years old
– Fluent in Mandarin (English is a plus)
– Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively with team
– Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is a plus
